Mastering the ability to tell time is essential for young students because it will trigger them to expand their numerical and mathematical knowledge. 

How to Introduce Young Students to Clock?

Introducing a clock to young students can be an exciting and engaging learning experience. Start with some mundane activities for children, such as daily routines or events, and discuss how these activities relate to time. Reinforce the idea that time helps us organize our day and understand when events occur. Encourage the students to share their experiences and ask questions, creating an interactive and inclusive learning environment. Once the students grasp the concept of time, teachers and parents can start to introduce the students to the clock system. Show the students the different parts of the clock, such as the hour hand, the minute hand, and the numbers or marks on the clock face.   • Teach the young pupils time vocabulary, such as quarter past, half past, am, pm, noon, midnight, morning, and more.
