This model of time management uses a four-quadrant arrangement to pigeonhole each chore. The quadrants are divided into four categories:

  1. Urgent and important.
  2. Not urgent, but important.
  3. Urgent but not important.
  4. Not urgent and not important.

  2. Quadrant 2 (Not urgent, but important) - This is the place for the load, which needs a lot of discipline and commitment.
  3. Quadrant 3 (Urgent, but not important) - This is for the task you urge to finish but does not have a significant impact.
